In addition to my job as a weddings and portraits photographer, I have the pleasure of serving as the volunteer liturgical environment coordinator of my church, Corpus Christi in Bolton Hill. That means that I help plan out the church decor and decorate for the holidays and special occasions. Melissa & Eric — The Peabody Library — Baltimore wedding photography

I know Melissa from my old job at The Baltimore Sun, where she covers the city courts and criminal justice. She and Eric are fun and silly together and up for almost anything when they get in front of the camera. We had a great time running around the sculpture gardens at the Baltimore Museum of Art for their engagement session. So I knew their wedding day would be even more fun.

Melissa & Eric – sneak peek!

One of my first weddings this year was with Melissa & Eric. They said their “I Dos” on an overcast and mostly rainy day in Baltimore. But during a little break in the drizzly weather, we dashed across the park at Mount Vernon Place, shooting some fun portraits by the blooming magnolia trees and Baltimore’s Washington Monument (which is, by the way, older than the more famous monument of the same name to the south).
