What does a couple do when they get engaged, look at the calendar and realize that their five daughters — including one in the Army who is about to ship out to Korea — will all be in town in a couple of days and then not again for maybe two whole years? Well, they plan a wedding in just a couple of days, of course! It was nothing but joy and fun to photograph Lisa + Jay’s teeny-tiny, super-secret Baltimore wedding with just their daughters, their parents and their siblings in attendance. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a number of small, intimate weddings these last few years. And I haven’t managed to leave a single one of them without tears in my eyes and a deep appreciation for my job and the clients who trust me to capture such meaningful, important celebrations in their lives.
