A Tudor Place wedding: A preview for Paula + David
The Tudor Place | Washington DC wedding photography | Washington DC wedding photographer | Washington DC elopement

Paula + David were married in a gorgeous little ceremony on a weekday afternoon in the beautiful gardens of The Tudor Place. It was my first time shooting on the grounds of the 201-year-old National Historic Landmark home in Georgetown and I could not have been more charmed by the place. Of course, it also helped to have such a gracious couple and their tight-knit group of family members and friends. After the ceremony, the entire group posed for a big wedding portrait followed by some efficient family photos, some couple portraits around the gardens and then a casual stroll through Georgetown to the Four Seasons Hotel for cocktails and dinner. What a lovely day! As I work on finishing up the full collection of photographs from Paula + David’s big day, I couldn’t resist sharing a few favorites as a little preview for the newlyweds. There are many, many more photos to come! Enjoy.

Teared up and smiling the whole time. My favorites are the candid photos, and the sequences. It’s like I’m almost there to hear the stories and jokes. All your photos are exquisitely cropped and focused.
