I met Tracy + Rob’s pup at their engagement session. So it seemed appropriate that her horse be included in their wedding, right? This truly was one of the most impressive entrances I’ve seen in 11 years of photographing weddings. In a heavy, floor-length, beaded, strapless gown and with no saddle whatsoever, Tracy rode her retired racehorse LJ to the end of the aisle. There, she was met by her beaming father, Carl, who escorted her through the rows of seats in the backyard of her childhood home to marry Rob. It was such a joy to photograph! As I work on the full collection of photographs from this magnificent wedding, I couldn’t resist sharing a few favorites for the newlyweds. There are many, many more photos to come! Enjoy.
